DISRUPT

After a few years of experimenting with different equipment and styles (from Gabba over Digital Hardcore to Electronica) Disrupt came to love Dub and Reggae. From the lack of money and other possibilies came the idea of doing Dub with just the tool at hand - a cheap laptop. The first release turned out to be a small surprise hit which gave enough motivation to pursue the whole thing further on and eventually start JAHTARI as a label, pushing the dub sound onwards with fresh ideas, equal amounts of dirty heaviness and a good dose of humor.

SOOM T

Soom T is the Glaswegian wonder known for her eclectic vocal stylings and collaborations with the likes of The Orb, T.Raumschmiere, The Bug, Asian Dub Foundation and many other artists, securing Soom T's position as an innovator of musical disciplines. Soom T's character is known as a buoyant, comedic and somewhat eccentric one with an exceptional vocal talent and definitive style.

JAHTARI RIDDIM FORCE

Whenever some Jahtarian roots dudes gather together for some joint jamming and general music making it's called "Jahtari Riddim Force". Riddims might be exchanged, circuit bent, and dubbed by different artists. One guy might drop in a bassline while the next gyal might sing in some vocals.

DJ PARTTIME WARRIOR

Parttime Warrior is a versatile dj who spearheads the Amsterdam organisation Bassculture that broadcasts radioshows, organises parties and underground artfairs dedicated to crossovers between various bass driven music and artstyles.
