important, release the bats, conspiracy, riot season, iDEAL
This band's archaic rock & no-roll machine and electronic bronze age drones leave few stones unturned. Boasting one of the most remarkable and extensive of pedigrees; Union Carbide Productions, Cortex, Alvars Orkester, Kid Commando, 8 Days of Nothing, The Je Ne Sais Quoi, Anti-Cimex, Flesh Quartet and Lucky People Center...not to mention countless solo projects. These players are no strangers to music, whatever art and form... the superlatives just keeps hurling at them. Their modern take on ancient grooves, punishing guitars, assembly line-like stomp and twisted electric sounds leaves you humbled, subdued, jaws to the floor... and wanting more.
EKLIN
Eklin is a very promising, mainly Rotterdam based five-piece that uses a traditional band line-up to reconstruct songs into haunting sound collages that are darkly upsetting, strangely familiar, yet surprisingly groovey.
ALTAR OF FLIES
Last minute addition and special guest of The Skull Defekts: Altar Of Flies = one Mattias Gustafsson who will impress with spooky creep noise/drone from Sverige. Like a soundtrack to ominous things happening, he will lead the first 15-20 minutes into The Skull Defekts' set.
